Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or continuing to access or use Smart Financial House, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

The service and your account

Smart Financial House is a presentation, intake, organization, and collaboration platform for financial professionals and the people they serve. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service within your authorized account and selected membership.

You must provide accurate, current information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for obtaining all permissions required before entering, using, or sharing another person's information.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• break any law, commit fraud, send spam, harass others, or facilitate unlawful conduct;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
• upload malware, probe or disrupt security, scrape the service, evade access controls, or interfere with another user;
• reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly permitted;
• misrepresent your identity, professional qualifications, licenses, authority, or relationship with another person; or
• use generated or calculated content without checking its accuracy and suitability for the intended purpose.

Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

We and our licensors retain all rights in Smart Financial House, including its software, calculations, designs, documentation, content, branding, and trademarks. No ownership transfers to you. Rights-holder complaints may be sent to info@smrtfinhouse.com. We may remove disputed material and suspend repeat infringers.

Financial information and automated features

Information, calculations, estimates, scenarios, and AI-assisted outputs are for general educational and organizational purposes only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not financial, investment, insurance, tax, accounting, or legal advice; a recommendation to buy or sell; an offer or quote; or a guarantee of results. You are responsible for reviewing inputs and outputs and consulting appropriately licensed professionals before acting. Do not rely on the service as a substitute for regulated professional judgment.

Membership, payment, renewal, and cancellation

The Smart Financial House membership is available as a Monthly Membership at $10 USD per month (recurring monthly) or an Annual Membership at $100 USD per year (recurring annually). The annual plan costs $20 less than paying monthly for 12 months ($120). The checkout displays the price and renewal terms before purchase. You may cancel future renewal through the billing-management option in your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals but does not automatically refund a completed payment.

Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial membership purchase. Renewal payments do not receive a new voluntary 30-day guarantee. Any mandatory refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which collects payment and billing information at checkout.

Availability, changes, and support

We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party services, security events, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, unlawful conduct, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. Following termination, access may end immediately and data may be deleted after any legally required or operationally reasonable retention period.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where applicable.

General terms

You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use, or your material violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Applicable law governs these Terms, without overriding mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
