Personal data we collect

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone number, state, professional profile, organization, and communication preferences.
• Account data: login identifiers, account status, roles, invitations, membership status, and records of account activity.
• Financial-house and assessment data: information you choose to enter about a household, including income, assets, debts, insurance, retirement, estate-planning, tax-planning, property, goals, and questionnaire responses.
• Transaction data: membership product, payment status, subscription status, renewal date, and transaction identifiers. Our payment processor collects and processes payment-card and billing information directly at checkout.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, feature interactions, referral source, security events, and diagnostic data.
• Communications: support requests, survey responses, referral notes, newsletter preferences, and messages you send through the service.

We do not sell personal data. Please do not upload or enter information you are not authorized to share.

How and why we use personal data

• Contract performance: create and administer accounts, provide the platform, save and share authorized scenarios, process memberships, provide support, and communicate about the service.
• Legitimate interests: secure the service, prevent fraud and misuse, diagnose problems, improve features, understand service use, and maintain business records.
• Consent: send optional marketing communications and use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligations: comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, security, and lawful disclosure requirements.

When we share data

We share only what is reasonably needed with the following recipients:

• Hosting, authentication, email, analytics, customer-support, security, and other service providers working for us under appropriate obligations.
• Our payment processor, for checkout, subscription management, payments, invoicing, fraud prevention, and payment-related customer service. The processor handles payment data under its own privacy notice.
• Financial professionals, specialists, group members, or other recipients when you direct us to share information or use a sharing or referral feature.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers.
• Courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and the service.
• A successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable law.

Retention

We retain account and service data while an account is active and for as long afterward as needed to provide requested access, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal, accounting, tax, and security obligations, and prevent fraud. Support and security records are generally kept only as long as operationally necessary. Cookie choices remain on your device until they expire or you clear them. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; and appeal a denied privacy request. You may also complain to your local data-protection or consumer-protection authority. Where UK or EEA law applies, we generally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions.

Security and international transfers

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, role-based permissions, encryption in transit, monitoring, and service-provider controls. No system is completely secure. Our providers may process data outside your state or country. When UK or EEA data is transferred internationally, we rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential technologies for login, security, preferences, and core service operation. With permission where required, we may use analytics and advertising technologies to measure use and improve outreach.

The financial professional who sent you a newsletter or link may add advertising tags from Facebook (Meta) and Google to the pages you visit from their link: the newsletter web page, their own pages, and the free assessment.

These tags let that professional measure visits and finished assessments, and show you their ads later on Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube. The tags receive that you visited the page and, when you finish the free assessment, that you signed up. We do not send your name, email, phone number or answers to Facebook or Google.

Where the law requires permission, these tags only load after you choose "Allow." Elsewhere they load normally, and you can turn them off at any time. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, although essential functions may then stop working.

Children and changes to this notice

The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The updated date above shows when the current version took effect.
