Renewal and cancellation
Memberships renew automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — unless canceled. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals but does not automatically refund a completed payment. Manage future renewals from the billing option in your account or by contacting us.
30-day guarantee — initial purchase only
Request a full refund within 30 days of your initial membership purchase. Renewal payments do not receive a new voluntary 30-day guarantee. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. See the Refund Policy for instructions.
