Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your Smart Financial House membership. Payments are processed securely at checkout by our payment processor.

30-day money-back guarantee — initial purchase only
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial membership purchase (monthly or annual) if you change your mind or are not satisfied with your Smart Financial House membership. This voluntary guarantee applies only to the initial purchase.
How to request a refund
Contact us at info@smrtfinhouse.com with the email address used at checkout and your transaction or receipt details, and we will handle your request.
Processing and access
We review and process eligible refunds. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution. Refunding a membership may end access to paid features.
Renewals and cancellation
Memberships renew automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — unless canceled. Canceling stops future automatic renewals but does not automatically refund a completed payment. Renewal payments are not eligible for a new voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. You can manage future renewals through the billing-management option in your account or by contacting us.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Those rights remain unaffected for both initial purchases and renewals.
